Zelda Wiki is a wiki that focuses on the Legend of Zelda franchise.
Zelda Wiki is a joint project between many Zelda sites, and was originally created by users of Zelda Universe as "an act of boredom" on April 24, 2005. In September 2006, the wiki moved to a new server with a new name, The Zelda Effect, which was soon changed to Zelda Wiki. In February 2010, Zelda Wiki, Bulbapedia, and Super Mario Wiki formed a partnership to create the Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance.
