Intelligent Systems is a video game developer, and is a second party developer to Nintendo. They are based in Japan, and have developed, amongst others, the Nintendo Wars series. They have also developed Fire Emblem, Paper Mario and WarioWare. The company was founded in 1986, and has since then created 43 games in total, and at least one for each of Nintendo's systems.
